    I have a 750 with UL350is for sale in Ontario. Grand Rapids 7" EFIS  and engine monitor, Garmin radio and transponder, Ack 406 ELT. Registered as homebuilt in Canada 1440 lb..

    With no paint and lightweight (130HP) engine plane weighs 770lbs dry.  215 HRS airtime, fresh annual inspection. Completed 2016. Asking $57,000 US. Located about 3 1/2 hrs from Sault Saint Marie Michigan - so not too far from you.
