    Hi -- I live in the San Francisco Bay Area (Palo Alto, my local airport is KPAO). I'm considering a PPL or SP soon, and am wondering about places to go with my family once I've done so. Camping with an airplane, or other off-airport landing areas, sound like great fun, but I've no idea where these would be, and most of my flying friends just go from airport to airport (they quickly "graduate" to Mooneys so they can go to Tahoe). ;) Thanks and kind regards, -- Ihab Awad

       I see that sometimes you do first flights and was wondering if you are interested in doing it again and estimated costs. I leannig towards a mid July time frame. My home airport is 63S.
