The bolts provided by Zenith (AN 4s) are slightly oversize for the four predrilled holes in the main gear. Dumb question..... Drill or ream the holes to take AN 4 bolts or press for the AN bolts…Continue

Rigid fuel lines in my 650

I'm considering running rigid aluminum fuel lines from the tanks to meet flex lines at the fuselage.  Anyone out there have experience doing this?  Any pitfalls I should watch out for?Continue

1.  Attend workshop and build a rudder.

2.  Order Kit.

3.  Begin to assemble tools.

4.  Practice polishing aluminum.

5.  Build an assembly table.

6.  Clean out storage space for kit parts.

7.  Wait!
