CH650B W&B Question. On the W&B calc sheet, a note puts the Datum line at Station 1790 mm. along the leading edge of the wings. To my knowledge, Station line 0 should be the aircraft centre line. Or should I measure this from the side of the fuse? Ideas?

Thanks Ron. Yes - now I see the stations on the drawing. Nose Rib 1 is at Station 190 so 1790 bring me just outside (20mm) of NR 5 located at Station 1770. Rheal - you have std tanks so for you it will be 300mm past NR4. So wing station has nothing to do with AC centerline.
Thanks Ron for the help.

I have a 601 XL my weight and balance form says station 1790 is on nose rib no. 4 Drawing 6-W-3 shows the wing stations. Hope this helps

Hi Ronald - The Datum is on the leading edge we all agree. The position is 1790 mm. But measured from where? The side of the fuselage or the aircraft centerline?

Ronald you are not addressing the question. Is the reference point from the fuse? If from the center line it becomes offset by 22 in.

You need to use the datum that is given to measure from. Other wise the arm that is given for fuel seats and baggage will not be correct.
