Thanks, Tom, for the friend request.  I am more than half way finished and presently populating the firewall.  I installed a Continental C90 and am using the 0-200 drawings/photo guides.  I also installed a Cessna 150 exhaust to take advantage of the excellent cabin heat source (both exhausts).  It gets chilly up here in Alaska.  Yes, I'll have to make a minor mod to the cowl, but a small fiberglas blister added to accommodate the left muffler will not take much effort or time.   Good luck with your build and be sure to post pix from time to time.

Tom, I was able to buy the baffle kit (which came with drawings) and the engine mount for the O200 directly from Zenith in Missouri.  Give them a call and confirm that those parts are still available for purchase separately.

Now, the other drawings and photo guides for installing the separate components I found somewhere on the Zenith site, either the Missouri site or the Canadian site.... not sure which.  I spend an hour looking for them last night but no luck.  I may have find them on another Zenith aircraft site, since the firewall forward O200 install is common to other Zenith models, not just the CH750.  I'll keep looking.  Between both our efforts, we should be able to relocate the download location.  There are a lot of files I downloaded (drawings and photo guides).  Maybe if you call Caleb at Zenith he can give you the webpage where those O200 files are located.  Let me know how you make out; I'll search again this weekend and let you know if I find them again.

Email might be easier; my email address is beartrax at mtaonline dot net

I finally found the source for drawings and photo guides for the O200 FWF installation.

Go to Zenair's website (the Canadian location)   http://www.zenair.com/  and in the upper right search box on the home page type in the word password, then click Search.  On the page that pops up, select the first link.  That will get you to a page with links to password protected pages with downloadable files of photo guides and drawings for the 0200 FWF installation.   You will have to call Zenair on the phone to register for passwords for the sections you wish to access.  Phone number is on that same page.  They will send you your password(s).

There is no charge.  Email Nick ( zenithairnh@gmail.com) if you need assistance.
