Hi guys, every time I spill gasoline into the polycarbonate windows they crack so I ask anybody how to solve this issue

I think I would quit spilling gasoline.  It is too expensive to waste.

There isn't a solution other than don't spill it!  I've never had gas crack polycarbonate, but I did have some drip down onto one of my 750's windows and it made a hazy, decolorized streak in the tinted polycarbonate.  Acrylic ("plexiglass") tolerates gas better but certainly isn't as tough as polycarbonate.

Lexan (polycarbonate ) hates fuel or loctite. That sadly will not change. You will need to find a way to fuel that prevents drips hitting the material.

You could use acrylic instead of polycarbonate. Bubble doors are made of that and resist fuel spills.
