I think I would quit spilling gasoline. It is too expensive to waste.
There isn't a solution other than don't spill it! I've never had gas crack polycarbonate, but I did have some drip down onto one of my 750's windows and it made a hazy, decolorized streak in the tinted polycarbonate. Acrylic ("plexiglass") tolerates gas better but certainly isn't as tough as polycarbonate.

You could use acrylic instead of polycarbonate. Bubble doors are made of that and resist fuel spills.
