Event Description
Join us for our informal "Fly In to Summer" Open House and Fly-In at the Zenith Aircraft Factory on Saturday, June 20, 2020, as we welcome in summer 2020! This is a very informal grass-roots fly-in and builder gathering held at the kit manufacturing factory in Mexico, Missouri. Because of the coronavirus pandemic and social distancing requirements we will limit activities and group sizes to be able to follow guidelines from authorities at the time of the event.

In contrast to our annual late summer annual ZENITH AIRCRAFT HOMECOMING and Open Hangar days (with scheduled workshops and forums), the June event is an informal morning fly-in, with no specific scheduled activities.
The Zenith Aircraft factory will be open from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm for self-guided factory tours, demonstrations, and more. We'll have coffee in the morning and a local food truck will be offering a delicious hot lunch!
Zenith builders: Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to pick up parts or kit supplies so that we can have your order ready for pick-up on Saturday!
Owners of completed Zenith Aircraft are encouraged to fly-in to show off their completed project to fellow builders (we will provide tie-down space and help facilitate ground transportation if possible). Let us know of any special needs or requirements.

Yes, feel free to camp out at the airport. The small airport terminal building has a bathroom with shower (with 24-hour access). Check in with Zenith or airport staff before setting up camp.

Is there a possibility of flying in on Friday and camping at the airport? Would that even be comfortable if it is possible?
