Thank you, Sorry for the confusion on the question, but you did answer my question.
When the autopilot was not engaged, I was wondering if the data from the servo still active, although the motor drive was not engage.

Hi Anthony, I'm a little confused by your question, but if you are asking if the system will still accomplishing datalogging without the autopilot engaged - yes, datalogging with always operate if enabled.

When the servos are in manual mode, does the system still keep track of the data?
