Sold 3.0L Corvair Engine Still have the engine mount and Airframe Parts
I am selling a corvair 3.0L engine with 38 hours and all the associated accessories that was mounted on a CH601. There is no damage to the engine. I had low compression on #3 cylinder, leaking between head and cylinder, sent to SPA for repair and reinstalled with new head gaskets. Ran the engine today 6/29, it ran well. checked the cylinder compressions all over 70 except for #3 was 60/80 and leaking past the rings. All parts for the engine were purchased through Clarks corvair, SPA and flycorvair.com (William Wynne). $Make me an offer. I also have a Stainless intake $200 and exhaust with carb heat and cabin heat $500 for a CH601, D&G rebuilt MA3S-PA carb $600, Warp Drive 2 blade ground adjustable with spinner and back plate $700, Engine mount $400, Engine Cowl JSWESEMAN.COM with WW nose bowl and enlarged air inlets $400, 30A John Deere PMG $100. I also will be selling a set of HDS wings with fuel tanks and heated Pitot installed. A set of HD wings with nav lights, no tanks.
