3300 air filter size

Hi 

Could anyone help with the air filter size that goes in the Jabiru fire wall forward kit. Here are some photos. The recommended nappa 6116 seems to be too big. A K&N part no. will be a great help.

If (and that's definitely if) your FWF kit uses the stock filter Jabiru uses for the Bing carburetor (Ryco RAF17), the K&N equivalent should be the 33-2031-2. But since FWF kits can vary, you should verify dimensions carefully before ordering.

Depending on the source, the original filter is also listed as a Repco RAF 17.

The K&N filter that came with my FFW kit from Jabiru USA is an 33-2008-1  Hope this helps.  As always your results may vary.

That might be your best bet. The NAPA cross references to the 2031, but since you said the NAPA doesn't fit, John may have the one you want.

Thank you so much for all the reply's  The K&N 33-2008-1 seems right as its measurements  

Height 1.625 in (41 mm)
Outside Length 6.625 in (168 mm)
Outside Width 6.625 in (168 mm)

Make sense as the air box I have is square.
