51% rule and outside builder help

I have almost all the parts of my 750 kit assembled. But, I got sick and have not been able to complete the kit.  First, since I have already assembled  the parts (wings, back fuse, rudder, flaperons, stabilizer, etc.) and all that is needed is putting the parts together and add the panel and engine kit would what I have already done be 51%?  Second, I have seen where there are companies that will help in assembly, does anyone have a list of these companies.  Your help appreciated, Joe

Mark Townsend at Can-Zac Aviation in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Assembles kits, builds panels , engine installs, and does builder assist. Very experienced builder of Zeniths. Assembled at least 7 CH750 kits + 3 CH601XLB + 2 CH701 kits + CH801 in the past 2 years. Builder assist at Can-Zac has your airframe going to the paint shop in 3 weeks. Example - Built both my wings complete in 5 days, and the entire fuselage in 18 hrs. Mark's number 519-590-7601. He has an upholstery & paint shop (local) that put the finishing touches on your completed aircraft.

go through this file and you might have to get the form from Zenith , i havent been able to find it on the FAA site   , you are close  but might need some more work to reach (the letter of the law!)

 

I do builder assit if you might need any work done to finish your zenith

Im in NE Wisconsin , but their are other across the country

Where are you located?  There are a number of builder assist companies that specialize in Zeniths.

Figure out what % you did and then how much is left for outside assistance.  

There is a builder assist group at the Gadsden airport but I don't know anything about them.
