I tried the Whirlwind propeller for the O200 but the spinner diameter is way to big at 11.3 inches. Seems the optimal size for my cowling is 9.75 inches. What are others using with this setup? Whirlwind says I cant go smaller diameter as hub wont fit.

We have an O-200-D. We started with a three blade ground-adjustable carbon fiber Warp Drive prop, but one or two of the blades developed a crack where it seats into the hub. We switched to a fixed-pitch wood Sensenich without a spinner.
