Two questions:

Background, I purchased a started CH-750 STOL kit.

1st question

I see in the finishing kit there are 129  A-5 stainless steel rivets, however in the plans I'm only seeing the use of 20 AS5 rivets. what am I missing?

2ed question

How is everyone else finding the rudder deflection angle for setting the rudder stops?

Any feedback is welcome.

Hi Justin, the doors and the gussets for the tube frame where it connects to the factory built side panels uses many A5S rivets. Check the photo guides in the builder resource area of the Zenith Website. As far as the rudder angle, I used a carpenters angle finder ( metal blade that folds into a square wood piece that tightens down with a wing nut) to measure the plane then measured that angle with a digital protractor. Once I had the correct angle I placed the stops. Probably many other different ways to get it done.
Hope this helps
