As we all know, there are currently issues with the search engine on this forum. I made the suggestion in the 750 forum for builders to share their contact information to possibly assist in a more personal way.

I have no problem sharing my experiences, lessons, knowledge and so on for the sake of helping another person finish and fly the plane that they built with their own hands. None of us know everything there is to know about building an airplane. We all share a common interest and goal. Having someone to email or call (without bugging the factory) that has experienced the part of the build that you're about to tackle might just save you errors, time, and money.

Obviously, if your quandary is engineering related, use good judgement. The builders didn't engineer the aircraft. That's when you call the Z factory.

Next, if you have a flying or nearly flying project and would like to offer you information, I would suggest including the following:
Model (and edition, if it applies)
Engine and prop info
Avionics info (glass/steam, makes, models etc...)
Additions to the plane (BRS system, factory options...)
Modifications to the original plans (tail wheel, beanie mod...)

Enough about the plane. On to you. My word of caution here is spam. We all hate it. A good way to minimize or eliminate "bots" that find things on the inter webs is by taking the approach that many people do on Craigslist. I frequently see phone numbers partially spelled out or *at* in an email address where the normal @ symbol would be. As an example, your info could look like this:
