When fitting a cowl you trim small pieces at a time. Very time consuming but it's beginning to look good. Some of the issues I'm finding are as you can see in the pic's the cylinder head side didn't fit and will require a fiberglass blister of some sort. The air filter I have will not work without a air intake blister on that side.

Have you tried setting the top cowl on yet to see how it fits?  That's one of the areas I'm having trouble with.

No not yet. The bottom has to go on first because it will be the main attachment to the fuselage.
