Good evening fellow builders.  I wanted to take this opportunity to share some work that we have been doing with a builder on changing out his fuel hoses to all high quality conductive teflon stainless fuel hoses.  After building these hoses, we pressure test them in order to ensure reliability.

If you are hesitant to build your own fuel hoses, and would like a very cost effective, professionally built set of hoses, please go to www.kitplanehoses.com (a division of Aircraft Specialty)

The attached pictures are from a Zodiac with an 0-200 engine.

Have a great evening,

Steve

A quick email to Steve indicated that his hoses are impervious to ethanol.

No - no one is recommending that, but it can happen if your not real careful.

Don't ask how I know.
