Hi Everyone

I received my kit 2 months ago.  I was looking at the skin and I noticed a white coating appearing in certain spots on the aluminum. Is this normal?

I have attached a picture. Thank you for your comments.

Wipe periodically with ACF50 and it will shine

Thanks

i have had the same problem with the white film, if you put the acf50 on the bare aluminum can it still be painted later? will the paint stick?

It's summer. If you're sweaty, even minimally, and you lean on it, the sweat will corrode the aluminum. I just used scotchbrite pads to remove it.  You have no idea how much you come into contact with the aluminum until you start seeing all the white patches.
