If you get any Canadians at your Rudder workshop, you would be doing them justice by telling them to leave one side not-riveted just cleco clamped for the Canadian pre-cover inspection. "We have one more step in our home-built aircraft inspection process then most other countries".  Scratch built or kit, assemble as far as you can on the fuselage, without mounting the tail section or wings and leave one side cleco-clamped only, so the inspector can view the ribs and spars inside. mandatory!
