I want to upgrade the flap handle on my 701. I'm not really looking for a bunch more flap because I believe this plane does fine without it. I do believe there has to be a smoother way to actuate the flaps. I've looked at pre-made flap handles and they are beautiful but $400 is a bit out of the budget. Does anyone have plans, drawings, instructions on how they built there flap handles? Contact me at (509) 599-9477 or vancesimons@gmail.com

Consider installing a CH750 electric flap motor. Its a simple bolt in install.

Real simple answer to your problem.

Thanks Bob for the suggestion. I'll look into it.
