I am about to make the spacers for my center spar and am looking for some help and or comments. Unless I am misreading things, per my plans the length of the 10 spacers in the center spar is 16.9mm or .0665". The root end of the wing spar is also .665", is this really a "0" interference fit or am I in error? As usual any help or comments would be welcomed.

Tim,
I think it's meant be that way. Parts that big could have a significant interfance fit and you'd never know it. The parts I made were that way, then add primer between each layer of the wing spar, and you have more interference than just adding all the material thicknesses would provide. There's plenty of spring in the material to make up for it.
