CH750 CruZer - Elevator and Rudder Deflection Angles

Hey Members,

Can anyone guide me to find where the Cruzer Elevator and Rudder Deflection Angles are published.  I am sure it is right in front of my nose, but still i am missing it.  I read that folks state that the 'Spec. says...'  but I must not have a Spec Document either.

Any help would be appreciated!

Page ZA-6.  Has all deflection angles.
