Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
Please do not shoot me for asking a sensitive question.
First, background: My wife and I have attended just about every banquet since 2017. Not 100% attendance, but most years. We try to hit it regularly.
We missed in 2022 (first year of being at the Mineshaft, I think) because of a camping issue that basically resulted in threats to have me take my wife to the airport and she'd fly home by herself (rental camper that was horrible). So we didn't attend in 2022. I was basically shut down the entire week.
2023 was our first year at the Mineshaft. I understand why Zenith transitioned away from the Elks Lodge since so many builders opted to attend prior moving the venue.
I was a bit surprised at how the Mineshaft crammed us into "our" designated area. There was zero room between chairs at the long tables. I mean, they were wood against wood. Could not get up/down from the table until others cleared out. The builders around us were great as usual; it was just kinda hard to do anything when you couldn't even scoot yer butt in your chair to get comfortable.
So a simple question: Will we have more room in 2024? Any other related changes?
Thanks for any insight;
