What is the recommended engine oil for the Viking 130 when running on 100LL?

My understanding from Mike Busch of Savvy Aviation is that synthetic oil cannot hold lead salts (tetraethyllead) in suspension and will cause a build-up of lead sludge (43:18 All About Oil; 26:00 Rotax 912: Outside the Box?).

Just use a semi-synthetic when running 100LL to be safe

While there are many to chose from, we will probably change over to a synthetic blend such as Pennzoil Gold 0W-20.
