Estate sale 2008 CH701 kit

I am helping a family sale a partially built CH701 kit. The wings are 95% built, rudder is built and the fuse kit is untouched. Included in the sale is the Matco tire, wheel and brake kit and it has the electric elev trim option. The finish kit was not purchased.

Asking price $9000.
