Garmin sues uAvionix

Thanks, Michael, for posting their rebuttal.  Good to hear.  I'd read about the suit last week or so in Aero-News.  As I'm still building, and am quite away from deciding on a panel, I *was* leaning towards a GRT panel with uAvionix ADS-B solution. Hopefully I can continue that direction, but knowing how the legal system works, it may be awhile.

I suppose the question is what happens if Garmin wins? Will sky beacons get switched off? Or will it be something less dramatic? I was planning on buying one in a couple of months to install once I've finished Phase 2 and can leave my 10 mile box. It is the best solution for me with my MGL panel.
