I have attempted to put my right wing slats together for mounting on the CH750. I have cut the trailing edge in 30mm, and have removed the nearest rivets on the O/B side and can only get them in 20mm. My next thought would be to cut down the I/B skin by 10mm or so, it  needs to go in 30mm. If anyone has another secret, I would like to know alternatives. Thank you!

Greg,

Here is what I did (see pics).  Those lines I believe are at 10 mm edge distances for the slats so I know how far to insert the slat and where to drill pilot holes.  I think I ended up drilling the starter hole for the notch at 25 mm. It will be obvious once/if you decide to go this route.  I consider the small opening in the trailing edge of the slat a "moisture relief" ;)  A dremel tool with a reinforced cutting wheel and then cleaning up with a small jewel file worked fine for me.  Good luck!
