Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
I am really struggling with the decision as to which airframe to build. Fortunately, I get paid to fly. I really don’t have a mission, other than having a plane that i can use to teach my daughter how to fly. I have always wanted to build a plane, but I am concerned about getting in over my head. Is a cruzer THAT much easier to put together than the 650?

Built and have both. 650 is 20mph faster, Jabiru powered. Cruzer is Lycoming powered. My preference is high wing. Visibility over the nose is much better. Cruser is somewhat easier to put together. Similar to learning to fly in a Cessna.
