HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I keep trying to get to the CH801 builders group and it gives me an error saying i have to be a member.
I click onthe link and ti takes me to the Zenith factory web site.
I desperately need some help with my CH-801 and I can't get to the user's group to get it.
All Zen syas is use the builders group. But I can't get in. Is there a real live human being whop can actualyl talk me through getting into the right builder's group site. The web page help has no access to a human nor to a way to post a question. I am so desperate that I am ready to offer a cash reward.

Just look up in the upper right corner of the screen, there is "join group" button with a '+' sign. Just click there and it put you in the group. Good luck..
