Hi Jaime!
Mine was the same, It did not fit well “out of the box.” I used a piece of cardboard the same size as my windscreen, shaped it to mimic the windscreen, then used that to achieve a good compromise fit all around. I ended up moving the lower edge of the windscreen forward to improve the fit at the outer edges, then I trimmed the bottom edge beginning at the center of the cardboard windshield, moving outwards, until it sat flush on the cowl. I also had to trim off some of the edge along the door post as well. Then I had the approximate shape and courage to cut the real windscreen! Use a cutting tool designed for acrylics and plastics. The one I bought used a vibrating wheel with fine teeth and did a great job of cutting without cracking or chipping.
