If you are a serious buyer, I have a nice 701 with 235 hours TTAE with Rotax 912S for $34K. Just annualed in August. I can send pics and specs if this within your budget. I've bought and sold numerous aircraft and know there are are a lot of tire kickers out there. Thanks. Tom
