Hello, Josh

Most - if not all - of the Zodiac material is 6061-T6.

Exceptions are the nose landing strut, canopy frame and a few other parts.

Thickness is specified in the plans.

do you know what thickness the ribs and spar are im waiting for my plans to come in and i want to pre order the sheet metal

Attached is a spreadsheet which list every part and sub part for the CH650, usrd for estimating metal and layout.  I hope this helps.
