Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
Hi all,
Im about to start my build and picked up the Milwaukee Electric Riveter. It comes with retention heads which is an issue if you want the heads rounded for your Zenith build. I spoke to Milwaukee Tools about this and they advised me to purchase the non retention heads (1/8 and 5/32) for the rounding of the rivet heads. Does anyone have any insight on this? Thanks

I bought mine from zenith, they can make them to fit milwaukee, I loved the gun for the a 4 rivets and used the zenith gun for the a 5s, but my gun had to go to the factory to be fixed as it stopped grabbing the a 4 rivets. most of the time they will give you a new one.
Awesome. Thanks for the reply and intel. I’ve ordered them from Zenith.
Mine came with 3 different sizes, Zenith modified them for no charge.
I use it for the majority of the work, it does struggle a little bit on stainless and the larger rivets.
