What is the preferred way to safety wire the oil filter on the Viking 130?

What is the preferred source of a drilled oil pan plug? I notice that the plug I received with my 130 has an indented top the mostly precludes drilling.

We don't safety wire our oil filters generally. We have a quick oil drain plug if that is something you are iterested in, makes life much easier when draining.

While I have never had an automotive oil filter back off. I personally cannot run one on my airplane without some form of safety.  My type of engine (Jabiru) has a convenient fitting to place safety wire around. I wrap the filter with 2 rounds of silicone tape and a hose clamp. I put wire around the clamp screw and to the fitting. It has worked well for 18 years of service with no adverse effects or wear from the wire wrap. Just one such idea.
