I've been building from plans.  I would recommend that you buy 75F3-6 75F3-7 75F3-9.  You'll never get that stack of channels made of out 0.063 right the first time you try making them.

I'd also recommend 75F10-1  That part is hard to make also.  It has to be straight if you want the front and back halves of your fuselage to be straight.
