Yes, it is a SENSENICH  wooden aircraft propeller model W68ZK-57G  finished white, red, flat black.

No, it cracked when removing.
Even though it was hangered I believe it became brittle with age. 
I do have the canopy frame

Ok, thanks for letting me know.  My canopy has a chip in is where the snap vents are located and I was thinking about replacing it.
