All parts, thought I’d pop the question out before I digitise the lot and do a flat panel layout for lazer cutting.

I think laser cutting caused some issues for Van's Aircraft. might research it,
I could be mistaken

Yeah it causes a minor heat affected zone along the cut profile that affects the temper. Few papers have been written stating it negligible affect and remains within aerograde specs if sub mm thickness,
but going play it safe and use the laser as a pilot drill then over drill
