Anybody have any suggestions for a propeller for my ch300. I have an o320. 160 hp . Can't seem to get more than 100 mph cruise at 2400 rpm. 120 top speed at 2700

What prop is on it presently? Probably the cheapest option for a prop to try is WARP. Very tough prop and it lets you adjust the pitch for performance in take off climb or cruise. WARP will know what works on that motor / aircraft combo. Check with Zenith, they have 3 - 4 CH300 parked (abandonned) outside the Zenair, Midland shop. They were used as part of the type certification for the factory built CH300 sold in Europe.

My ch300 has a 180 hp O360 A3A driving a Hoffman fixed pitch wood prop HO27HM 180 160.this gives a comfortable cruise at 115 knots at 2450 rpm" I am looking for a replacement prop since mine got damaged in a landing incident
