I'm working on my POH (I have not run my engine yet) and am working on the proper engine shutdown procedure.
Is it better to shut off the Batteries, Fuel Pumps, then Alternator?
Is shutting off the fuel pumps first the right way or should the engine be shutdown by cutting power?

By the way, your engine mount is at the powder coater for glossy white. Here are the welds of the 4130 steel mount.
Thanks Jan, I'll add your information to my POH and would be happy to share with others as a template for them.
Those welds look great on the mount. I almost have my fuel system done (Wish I would have got the full 2 gal header tank now) and electrical is half done. I'll be ready for the mount by next weekend.
