We’ve got a 912 ULS In our 701, 198 total hours since Nov ‘21. An oil leak has developed at the fitting on the line that exits the case and goes to the top of the remote oil tank, see photo. 2 questions; #1, has anyone else had a leak at this fitting, and #2, where can I source this fitting from? You can tell by the photo the leak is originating at the oil line fitting and not at the banjo bolt/case junction. This leak has just cropped up in within the last month. Thanks for any advice.

never seen a hose clamp safety wired before.  I would check tightness of fitting and probably change the hose or at least reclamp the hose, maybe a double clamp.

What we have found is the banjo fitting on our plane has male threads connecting to the swivel-type fitting you see on the hose. Many other 912’s have banjo fittings with barbed hose connections that the hose directly attaches to. The leak is occurring at this swivel-type fitting, so we will be replacing it with a female thread to barbed fitting connected to our banjo fitting, and we’ll replace the oil hose line as well for safety.
