In the manufacture, model and serial number on the form 8050-88 what should I put ?
I assume the Serial Number is the SN on the engine, what about the other two?

The aircrafts Model and Serial number should read the same as how it's documented on the Aircraft Kit Bill of Sale, which will be provided by Zenith upon request. The engines Manufacturer is Viking Aircraft Engines, Model is Viking 130, and Serial Number is : VIN ???
Make sure all information is exactly the same on all documents. For example, if a serial number has a dash, ensure a dash on all documents.
As far as the Engine, Manufacturer: Viking Aircraft Engines, V130 or Viking 130 and essentially the s/n can be whatever you want as long as it reads the same on all documents. -Alissa
