I noticed that Pennzoil has a 0-20 full synthetic oil made from natural gas.
What are the pros and cons to using it?

Out of curiosity, did you google search this topic? I did, and could not find any pros or cons. According to Honda's 2015 service manual, if the oil is proper viscosity and the canister has an API certificate, then it's acceptable. That of course was before this oil was being marketed.
I did research it and on one forum there was a vague comment on how full synthetic dealt with lead deposits better then conv. oil ,kept them in suspension I think ,and was better suited for the modern engine using leaded fuel.
There were also comments about it's superior lubrication and greater longevity .
Actually, conventional oil suspends lead better than synthetic, that's why we used a synthetic blend to begin with, to try to get the best of both worlds.
Project Farm on YouTube tested motor oil for cars. Twice. The first test Amazon basic synthetic won. The 2nd test AMSOIL won.
I ran Pennzoil 0-20 full synthetic in my Honda CRZ 120K+ miles, same engine mostly. And run have been running Castrol 0-20w synthetic in my Mazdas. I have preferred those over mobile one which went down hill after the epa made made them reformulate.
