Tire tube installation
I’m installing the tires and tubes on my matco rims. The tube has a stepped washer between the tube and the second nut.
Does the stepped washer go between the tube and rim or between the rim and nut? Lots of posts on installing a tube, but no mention of this washer!

On our EAA Cruiser and on my 650 we put the washer between the rim and nut to secure the valve stem. Not sure I ever saw directions on how to do it.
