v w engine mount

Hi, I have a set of plans for the 701 and a new aerovee from an abandoned project,i am seeking info.on fabricating an engine mount for the direct drive aerovee,i found a library picture on the zenith site#18 depicted a direct drive v w would anyone have information on the builder i would like a chance to have a chat any help would be very much appreciated

I don't know the guy, but have a look at this: Sauer engine mount

I'm planning to use a Sauer engine on my 601UL, without any redrive.

The inside is quite different from the aerovee, but I suppose the back mounts are the same or very similar.

That mount is not built by Sauer, but by an Italian company I bookmarked. I don't know them.
