I have a Jab 3300 Gen2 with 504 hours. At idle I see 78 psi on the D120. I relocated the VDO to the firewall and installed a new VDO.  I am still seeing 72 psi at idle with a warm engine. My question is this:

 1. is there a setting on the D120 that I need to change or adjust?

2. Is it possible that I got a bad VDO?

3. Is there a better manufacture option other than the VDO?

Thank you for any assistance out guidance you can provide.

UPDATE 6/30

I mounted the new VDO sender in the firewall. Still has the high readings. I then used a test kit to measure the oil pressure. It was 38 psi. I called Dynon and was told to change the setting to 3 on the D120. Fixed the problems. Never was a problem with the sender at all. I am so glad to find out it was a swing and not anything else more serious.

Not sure if it works with Dynon, but I have had better luck with this solid-state sender from Amazon.
