This should be a super easy thing to figure out...  but web searches and even trying an AI assistant failed for me.

Zenith pick lists have rows that list a part, description, quantity, and then a space for checking off whether it was shipped or not -- but some of those "Shipped" spaces state "MWO".

Well, I’m bored today so why not guess 🙂.  Work Orders are how things are manufactured and tracked to completion in most industries at least here in the US. A WO will contain a BOM (Bill of Materials), milling/machining/assembly/fit/finish/test steps/QA and CM checks/etc. In the US Army aviation maintenance and modification world, an MWO is a Modification Work Order which is a kit of parts with detailed instructions that is installed on an aircraft already in the field (i.e., not installed when the new aircraft is coming down the OEM line). MWOs provide a new capability or a modernized replacement of an existing capability to aircraft in the field.
What any of this has to do with Zenith I’ve no clue 😬

Thanks for giving it a shot!     Still a bit of a mystery.

It'll probably sound really obvious once I know what it means in context here.

Here's a capture of an example from a Zenith pick list a few years ago:
