Best fit for the wing tips on my CH750 build puts the spar tip L angle and rear channel L angle (as shown on 75WX-1) about 200mm from the inside surface of the formed wing tip.
Has anyone omitted these tip supports?
Or do builders fabricate an extension for the angle to move it out from the spar tip?
Any assistance appreciated!

You may be able to put the wing tip in tighter to meet these tip supports. Mine fit in tight to the L angles after some trimming. Link to the picture Wing tip ready to install
I did not rivet the wing tip to the l angles. If you look at the Zenith factory planes they have done it both ways.
There are more details on my page. You may want to post a picture of your current fit.
Thanks for the reply, i did slide them in tight to the supports, but then didn't like the look or fit, at least on my build, it's good to know the factory planes are done both ways!
