Robert does great work...got similar from him for my Cruzer
Looks awesome! Keep telling myself I'm going to give myself a similar present one of these days.
A couple of questions:
- are the bulbs lumbar inflators, or something else?
- can the seats be easily removed for getting stuff in and out of the baggage shelf?
Thx!
Hi Gary
yes the lumbar are bulbs, I find the actual bladders a little low for me, don't know if they can be accessed to be moved.I probably would skip that feature if I did it all over. You can see the bulbs in photo 1.
I'm surprised at how light the seats are, didn't weigh them, but I doubt they are over 10 pounds.
Seats are a pretty snug fit, but they are easily removable. Velcro is included to fasten them, but I found additional material to hold the seats don't seem necessary at this time. But I haven't flown yet, my airport is closed due to a TFR for the next two weeks, so I may find the velcro needed if the seats move around in flight. The seats move forward to access the baggage area without removing the seats.
The quality is top notch.
Dave
Thanks for the complete answer! I would really love a set of these. If my new business keeps gong well - maybe next Christmas!
