We bought this plane a year ago and have spent the last year upgrading and improving many items on it. It had just completed its Phase 1 flight testing when we bought it. Has ~42 hours since new on it now and it has a current airworthiness and registration.

Has a Lycoming O290D2 engine  – 135 HP. Have engine logs since its birth. The engine has 848 hours SMOH. Cylinders have 42 hours since overhaul. Mags have 30 hours since new. Exhaust was new at that time as well.

Items on the plane that are new within the last year: Windshield, doors, carpet, instrument panel & instruments, fuel lines, wiring, breakers, switches, brake pads & lines, battery, tires/tubes, starter, alternator, firewall insulation, spinner, etc etc – the list of new parts is lengthy and the plane is in top condition.

Plane has lots of options: Nose Gear upgrade (no bunjees), Lightweight Starter & Alternator (removed 20+ pounds from the engine!!), Very nice exhaust, Prince Prop w/spinner (42 hours since new). Very nice digital/LCD panel with a (certified) artificial horizon, MGL engine monitor, MGL Altimeter/Airspeed/VSI combo, FlightLine 760 radio with built-in intercom, 12.9 Ipad pro, Lift Reserve Indicator instrument. Electric trim & flaps. Has ADS-B (in) that is wireless to Ipad (Foreflight, WingX, etc).

Empty weight was 850 pounds when we bought it – with the upgrades and changes we have lightened it by 25+ pounds. New empty weight is expected to be 825ish pounds.
