Hey there peeps, I just had my first experience dealing with zenith aircraft since purchasing my 701. I ordered tires from their online store, saw the money taken out of my account for the tire purchase but after 5 days of no delivery info from them I called to check on my order.
I was informed that they had my order but would not ship it because I was not a registered owner in their system. Im all good with that BUT they have failed to answer WHY they would take the money out of my account if they had no intention of shipping the tires. I certainly hope this isn't SOP for these guys elsewise I'm gonna have to rethink this ownership.
Has anyone else had similar experience? Have a good day all.......Steve

Steve: Sorry for the confusion. We do require that all new owners "register" with Zenith Aircraft prior to us shipping any parts to assure that we supply them with the correct parts. Some Zenith models, such as the STOL CH 701, have been manufactured for more than 40 years, and some parts (and revisions) have changed over the years. Normally, customers will have previously registered (as new owners) prior to ordering parts. The online ordering system now automatically processes (charges) for the parts when ordered. Once we have you registered as the new owner we will then have the information to accurately fulfill your order.

Thanks for the response. The confusion was mostly on my part as I was unaware of the policy (probably something the previous owner should have mentioned) and I'm looking forward to getting my tires. Have a good day....Steve
